These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Glosam Cleaning Service, operated by GLOSAM MULTIPURPOSE LTD (company number 17040579). By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.
Quotes are free and based on the information you provide. If the work required is materially different on arrival, we may adjust the quote and will discuss this with you first. A booking is confirmed once we agree a date and time.
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time, along with running water and electricity where needed.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange, so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking.
We are fully insured and hold public liability cover. We take great care in your property. Please report any concerns promptly so we can put things right.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
